Terms and conditions

• 1.1 Registration and Professional Fees
  • Upon registration with The Expert Solution (TES), the participant shall pay a total of INR 10,000, comprising:
    • Registration Fee: INR 8,000
    • Professional Service Fee: INR 2,000
  • The Registration Fee is 100% refundable, with an additional 10% interest on the amount, after one (1) year from the date of registration.
  • The Professional Service Fee is non-refundable and is charged for accessing opportunities for assignments.
  • TES does not guarantee assignment availability to all registrants.
  • Non-receipt of assignments shall not be grounds for refund of the Professional Fee.
  • No disputes regarding the Professional Fee shall be entertained.
• 1.2 Referral Program
  • Registrants may refer others and earn INR 800 (10% of Registration Fee) per successful registration.
  • Referral rewards and assignment-based earnings are subject to TDS as per Indian laws.
  • Earnings can be requested between the 1st and 10th of each month.
• 1.3 Non-Resident Members
  • Non-residents are not required to pay any fees.
  • They may still earn, subject to:
    • Banking/transfer charges
    • Currency exchange
    • Local taxes in their country
• 1.4 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  • Terms governed by Indian law.
  • Disputes fall under jurisdiction of Gurgaon, Haryana courts.
• 1.5 Amendments
  • TES may revise these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance.
